The two slots also offer extra-wide clearance, which means they can accommodate a variety of toast-able favorites, anything from thick cinnamon-raisin bagel halves, frozen waffles, or hamburger buns to English muffins or hearty slices of artisan-style whole-wheat bread. Choose from one of three modes with a simple press of the button: Toast, Bagel (toasts just the cut side), or Frozen (defrosts before toasting). The user-friendly control panel also offers a dial for adjusting the shade setting from one to seven for light to dark results. Simply add the food to be toasted and push down on the bread-carriage lever. Dual auto-adjusting stainless-steel bread guides center the food for even browning on both sides, and after the desired level of darkness has been reached, the food will pop up automatically.
