It looks nice. But it doesn't toast the bread evenly. The lower part of all breads are brown while the upper part is still white. I expected a better toaster from Black and Decker.

I held off purchasing a new toaster to replace my old, broken one and I'm so glad I did. The defrost function as well as the bagel function blew me away. This isn't your mothers toaster but is oh so much better. Best toaster by far.

I was hesitant on purchasing this toaster since there are not many reviews yet. We received it yesterday afternoon. It looks very nice and is built pretty well. The retractable cord is useful feature.
The setting are very strong. I put a slice of whole grain bread to toast on level 3 and it came out very nicely toasted. Start your toasting with a very low level and work your way up.

Just a nice basic 4-slice toaster. It toasts evenly and quickly. Plus the stainless steel looks nice with the rest of our appliances.
